3. The 3rd Doctor
This doctor was a happy doctor who was stranded on earth by the time lords. Then the time lords forgave him, so the doctor traveled in the TARDIS with Sarah jane. They met Sontarans, Dinosaurs and Aggedor. He regenerated after he took in radiation.
2. The 4th Doctor
This Doctor was crazy. He offered jelly babies to his enemies! He traveled with sarah jane still until he had to go to Gallifrey. They met the K1 Robot, Morbius and a sarah jane Android! He regenerated from falling from a dangerous height, Fighting the master.
1. The 10th Doctor
This Doctor is the nicest, funniest and the best doctor EVER! He travelled with Rose, Martha and Donna. They met Sycorax, Cybermen, Vashta Nerada, Scarerows and the creator of the daleks, Davros. He regenerated by saving Wilf and took in radiation. We will miss his lovely smile, Humor and his second chances.
